Dr. Taylor has been in private practice for over 25 years. He joined the optometric practice of his father, George E. Taylor, Jr, O.D, in 1981 and is the third generation of his family to practice optometry on the North Shore of Boston.  

He maintains a full spectrum primary care practice and has a particular interest in contact lenses and the various approaches to treating refractive errors of the eye. He is active in the Marblehead community with the local Rotary Club and serves as Chairman of the Board at the Marblehead Bank.
